The Will Jordan Group has been in business since 1993. The founding partner, Kevin Herbert, started his career with one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
He then spent several years as an accounting manager at a Fortune 500 technology company.
Through hard work and dedication, Kevin built a search firm that became one of area's largest accounting and finance search firms.
The current team of executive recruiters at the Will Jordan Group has extensive experience in the executive search business.

Kevin Herbert
Managing Partner
Kevin is the founding and managing partner of the Will Jordan Group.
Kevin is a graduate of The American Univsersity in Washington, D.C.
He started his professional career at Arthur Andersen. He spent time in both their audit and tax departments. After public accounting, he joined Verizon Wireless for 3 years as an Accounting Manager.
In 1991, he decided to leverage his 5 years in the accounting and finance industry and enter the executive search business. For the past 26 years, Kevin has assisted 100’s of companies and firms hire over 5,000 new employees.
At its peak, Kevin hired and supervised over 25 recruiters at his firm. At the time, it was one of Orange County’s largest executive search firms.
Kevin is focused, dedicated and extremely efficient. He exhibits these same characteristics in his personal life. He is a competitive triathlete, who has completed in 10 Ironman triathlons, including 4 consectutive qualifications to the The Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. His best accomplishment to date, was a 30th place finish overall, in the ½ Ironmman Championships at the age of 42.

George Merrick
Partner
George is a partner with the Will Jordan Group. He is a graduate of Chapman University. He started his career at Ernst and Young. After 3 years in their audit group, he found his passion in the executive search industry.
For over 20 years as a recruiter, George has served a wide variety of organizations in their quest to build and sustain top quality organizations.
George has delivered and transformed organizations through strategic executive search as well as building and leading a first-class talent acquisition team.He has assisted his clients hire, on average, over 60 candidates per year for the Will Jordan Group. That’s over 1,000 hires.
George has the unique perspective of working both as an external recruiter (partner at Will Jordan Group) as well as overseeing an entire Talent Acquisition department (Hyundai Capital America) to include, recruiters, sourcers and support staff of up to 10 people. This affords him the unique opportunity to understand recruiting from both sides, both as an outside partner as well as someone who has been responsible for hiring (in house recruiter for Hyundai Capital America) up to 800 people in a year.

Mohini Divecha
Director of Recruiting
Mohini has a degree in computer science from Dar-Es-Salaam Institute of Computer Science and Management.
She has an accounting certification from The Institue of Finance Management.
Mohini has been in the executive search industry for the past 12 years.
She joined the The Will Jordan Group in March of 2017.
